Are your fragrance oils tested?

Do you offer fragrance oil samples?
Absolutely. We offer 2 oz fragrance oil samples for all of our fragrances, allowing makers to experience a scent, evaluate performance, and experiment with blends before committing to larger quantities. We believe testing is an important part of the creative process and helps makers purchase with confidence.
Which wax is right for me?
The best wax depends on your goals, vessel type, fragrance load, and preferred candle style. If you're unsure which wax is the best fit for your project, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help guide you.
Can I blend your fragrance oils together?

Do you plan to introduce new fragrances?
Absolutely. We are continually exploring new fragrance options, testing unique scent combinations, and developing new Exclusive House Blends for the Candle Forge House and Supply collection. Our goal is to provide makers with fresh inspiration, creative fragrance experiences, and distinctive scent options that help their products stand out.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Yes. We work to keep our most popular products in stock whenever possible. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we encourage you to sign up for restock notifications or check back soon, as we regularly replenish inventory and continue expanding our collections.
How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We work hard to maintain this turnaround, even during busier times. If processing times are expected to change during sales, holidays, product launches or periods of high order volume, we’ll communicate any updates so you know what to expect. Our goal is always to get your order on its way as quickly and carefully as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All purchases from Candle Forge House and Supply are final. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary considerations and our inability to verify the integrity of products once they leave our facility, except in cases where an incorrect item was sent.
If there is ever an issue with your order, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
How do I apply for tax-exempt purchases in Florida?
Florida businesses with a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax may qualify for tax-exempt purchases. Please visit our Tax Exempt page and submit your current resale certificate for verification.
Once approved, your account may qualify for tax-exempt purchasing in accordance with Florida state requirements.
Please note: This program is available only to customers with a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate. Certificates from other states are not accepted at this time.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, save your information for faster checkout, and manage future purchases more easily.
We're also working on introducing a rewards program with future loyalty rewards, exclusive offers, and other benefits for our customers. We'll share more details as the program becomes available.
